Tuna Avocado Bowl
Talk about healthy and delicious! If you're a fish lover, this Tuna Avocado Bowl will satisfy all your seafood cravings. The bowl is full of fresh mango, cucumber, avocado, brown rice, tuna (or tofu, for our plant-based friends), greens, and so much more.
Tuna is packed with healthy fats, vitamins, and of course, protein, and is extremely nutritious. It is recommended to eat fish 2-3 times a week in order to get enough omega-3 fatty acids, so now you have a delicious recipe for a Tuna Avocado Bowl to get those nutrients!
Peruvian Steak Bowl with Aji Verde
Everyone loves a good steak, full of juicy flavor, but if you need to switch things up, try this Peruvian Steak Bowl. This bowl is divided into three different parts. First and foremost, the steak and quinoa. Next, is the homemade Salsa Criolla (onion relish), and of course, the Aji Verde sauce.
The Aji Verde sauce is what is going to give this bowl its vibrant and unique flavor. It is a standard condiment in Peruvian cooking, made up of mayonnaise, fresh cilantro, jalapeño's, and cheese for that creamy texture. If you love a little spice, there is no doubt you will love this bowl.
Korean Beef Bowl

Did you know that Korean Steak is actually referred to as Bulgogi? It is made from thinly sliced marinated beef tenderloin or sirloin. Another form is called, Galbi, which is made from beef short ribs. Our recipe calls for flank steak, which will give this bowl that delicious charred flavor.

Want a special tip from our Recipe Development Team? If turmeric stains the mixing bowl, they advise placing it in direct sunlight for 1-2 hours as the UV rays will destabilize the stains and it will return it to its original color.
